At L&A, we choose an annual salary system, which provides stability our staff and peace of mind. We believe it is a compensation system designed for excellence and quality instead of profit and quantity. Here our staff will not be penalized for taking their time to do a good design.
The firm will provide salary evaluation twice a year and offers raises every year to every staff who has made progress. We pride ourselves as an employer who offers one of the most competitive compensation and raises in the industry.
Each L & A employee receives a valuable range of benefits designed to protect employees and their families. The benefits include government insurance plan and additional hospital insurance, life and accidental death, and paid vacation holiday according to service period every year for each employee.
Sick day is granted at a rate of twelve days per day, and employees are eligible at time to hire. Sick pay is prorated for part-time employees.
L&A is a learning organization that encourage continued life long learning and self-improvement. The firm offers a wide range of mechanism including frequent in house training and seminars, companies sponsored or assisted overseas travel, company sponsored continued education license exam leave and bonus for professional certificate etc.
L&A has profit-sharing plan for long term service employee who eligible for key technical staff that has worked for more than two years with the company. Staff who has exceptional design ability and comprehensive qualities will be promoted to be partners of the firm who will share the ownership of the Firm. Currently, over ten staff has participated in the program.
Partnership is the highest professional recognition the firm can make. As such, it is not only appropriate that principals own the company, but they answer to each other in terms of professional product, quality and other. Currently, L & A has five partners in the Firm.
