该项目位于福建省福州市仓山区螺洲镇，至福州市中心区只有15分钟的车程，周边景观资源十分丰富。项目景观设计风格定位为现代、中式和文化，旨在以现代中式的阐释和对自然环境的人文关怀让人们获得园、街、坊、巷生活的精神回归。
福州院子是奥雅精心打造的第五个泰禾新中式作品，景观设计秉持新中式的设计原则，用现代的手法探索中式园林的精神内核，赋予其中国园林的思想文化，并力图满足使用者的现代生活功能需求。在园林设计上，我们深刻挖掘了螺州的千年文化，整体设计借鉴福州“三坊七巷”理念，既有深宅大院的尊贵感，又不失“庭院深深深几许”的轻松宁静、从容超然的景观氛围。别墅区通过围合的规划布局，营造了一种深墙大院、小街小巷的居住气氛，充分强调了住宅的“贵”和“隐”。高层区则通过围合的布局，打造了一个世外桃源，更加强调和自然的充分融合，打造了一个“天人合一”的居住境界。
古往今来，我们的先人一直在不断寻找最适合中国人的居住方式，在不断地寻找我们理想中的桃花源。诗意与自然的栖居，“结庐在人境，而无车马喧”，是中国人最高的居住理想。泰禾福州院子把家与诗意的自然巧妙的融合在了一起，创造出了一座集中国文化之精髓的新中式私家园林。在这里，人们既可以静心独处，也可以与家人共享天伦、与亲友谈天论道；在这里，我们出则得都市之繁华、入则享自然之安逸。

The project is located in Luozhou Town, Cangshan District, Fuzhou, Fujian. It is only a 15-minute drive to downtown Fuzhou, surrounded by abundant natural landscape resources. The design of this project aimed at returning a traditional Chinese spiritual world with the must gardens, streets, lanes and alleys for local people by integrating modern landscaping and traditional Chinese cultural elements into the ecological natural environment.
Fuzhou Cathay Courtyard is the fifth Tahoe Neo-Chinese Project designed by L&A Design. Based on the design principles of the Neo-Chinese style, designers explored the spiritual core of the Chinese garden with modern approaches. L&A Design endowed the landscape with the cultural essence of Chinese garden, and at the same time successfully met the users' functional needs of modern life. In order to make the landscape design suitable to local conditions, we deeply excavated the Luozhou culture of thousands of years. The overall design concept was inspired by "Three Lanes and Seven Alleys", a famous historic and cultural residential area in the ancient Fuzhou city. In this way, we created a livable environment that combines the nobility of a traditional big mansion with many courtyards and high walls with the comfort of the small streets, lanes and alleys. Through the enclosed planning and layout, the villa area creates a living atmosphere of noble manor, fully emphasizing the sense of nobility and privacy of living. Meanwhile, the high-rise residential area of this project, through the enclosed layout, well interprets the integration of living environment and nature, creating a harmonious living realm between man and nature.
Our ancestors have been constantly looking for the most suitable living way and the ideal paradise for the Chinese people since ancient times. The integration of culture and nature is the highest living goal of the Chinese people. Tahoe Fuzhou Cathay Courtyard makes well integration between nature and culture to create a Neo-Chinese style private garden with the essence of Chinese culture. It is a peaceful and tranquil paradise for people to be alone with themselves to practice meditation. Also people could chat with their friends and enjoy the happiness with their families here. We can enjoy the prosperity of the city as well as the comfort of nature in this paradise.
