The project is conceived as a permanent landscape demonstration area. It is a garden functioning as not only an entrance to future large district, a community corner for the kindergarten at the north, but also a resting station built at the city's east green belt. The design team thematized this open space with a "Looking for Spring" storyline and turned it into a linkage between the city, community, park, and kindergarten. The four key nodes - the ground level water feature garden, the rooftop science botanical garden, the slope natural garden and downslope bear cave garden - are also closely connected.
