Tiziano Villa is a welcomed villa project in local Shanghai. It is welcomed by its classic urban style with North American life flavor.
The existed landscaping style focused on the design of enclosed courtyard space. Based on it, a brand new landscape space was created by L&A Design, advocating the space layout of open front yard and private back yard, to meet the new demands of the market and the development process of urban residential areas. Taking into account the whole villa area, the design team adopted ingenious design methods and techniques to enhance the design quality and to highlight the sharing function of landscape resources, so as to build a more functional and classic residential landscape space.
When most residential landscape still focused on the simply conceptual design, L&A Design began to pay special attention to the integration of both conceptual design and practical functions. This project is one of the typical examples. Through incorporating the artistic essence of Titian, the most outstanding artists in Renaissance Venice art school, into the landscape architecture of this project, the villa actually well integrates natural art and humanistic spirit, presenting the coexistence of dignity and villa culture.
