The project is located in Zhuhai, Guangdong, adjacent to Bailian Cave Park, one of the three largest city parks in Zhuhai. Land area is 33,674.38 square meters, with 26,000 square meters of landscaping area included. The main task of this project is the reconstruction of Guancun Garden. It is bestowed with great location and abundant resources that make it a precious treasure in hinterland of downtown Zhuhai.
The design fully uses the natural landscape of original ecology, such as Banzhang Mountain, Bailian Cave, and analyzes the possible layout of the landscape space formed by environment. The result is a layered landscape, relaxing and joyful, that meets people's needs for communication, rest and entertainment, etc. Thanks to the architectural design, the designers came up with the planning concept for the whole environment. The environment could integrate to the greatest extent into the architectural design, complementing each other. Based on the combination of creative function space and landscape system, the community and the surrounding environment are connected closely, and the principle of keeping leading market benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits is also abode by.
