The project is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is a high-end project developed by L&A Design and Poly (Beijing) Real Estate. The design is based on local history and the diversified culture of Poly itself, and strives for exploring Neo Chinese spirit. The traditional imagery is revealed by brand-new design thinking, and the originality and uniqueness are created. The design also tried to break through in landscape concept, paying attention to purifying inner heart and transcending the thought. The environment design not only meets people's need for appreciation, but also expresses people's suit for higher level spirit. The aesthetics of the imagery is "Blank, Spiritual and Tranquil" that both the environment and people's heart achieved.
The project team has a new understanding toward Neo Chinese landscape – garden design is not only about landscape design, and it is to create an atmosphere of some kind of imagery. The landscape of the project is a Chinese residential landscape with a narrative story and a good mood from inner heart. It is a standard sample for Neo Chinese residential landscape design.
