The overall design concept was inspired by "Six Lanes and Twelve Alleys", the historical and cultural residential area in the ancient Ningbo city. L&A Design would like to return a traditional Chinese spiritual world for local people.
After studying the landscape design techniques of royal gardens, Jiangnan gardens and aristocratic courts, designers would like to build a new architectural value system with doors, courts, alleys and courtyards. Finally, six homecoming ritual spaces were created in the community, including the etiquette front hall, the etiquette viewing atrium, the tranquil viewing laneway, the shared leisurely garden, the viewing reception hall, and the elegant landscape scenic realm.
