Beijing Capital Land Tianxi Palace
Capital Land Tianxi Palace is a renovation project. Although its apartments have been sold well for many years and some owners have settled here, the previous outdoor landscape environment could not match its current positioning. Hence, the space layout here was necessary to be re-planned and redesigned, to make it more easily integrated with the surroundings and provide a more livable environment for residents. The renovation and upgrading of this project is a sincere invitation to the new residents, a commitment to the existing residents, and the embodiment of "creating a better environment" always pursued by L&A Design.
