Lakeside Mansion is located in the south region of historical city center in Jiaxing, which was the birthplace of local civilization. Local people are full of tender feelings to every tree, bush, brick and tile of the old city area.
Designers paid special attention to the creation of an oriental landscaping environment with local aesthetics. They also believed it is very important to build cultural ambience with humanistic care and practical functions for a livable residence. By adopting modern and "De-stylized" design techniques, the design team created an exquisite oriental cultural landscape scroll for visitors and targeted residents.
By respecting local culture and the citizens' sense of belonging, L&A Design also provided residents a unique living experience.
By applying delicate and textured materials in the minimalist space, designers achieved a better integration of architecture and landscape through the contrast between complexity and simplicity. Abiding by the design philosophy that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, L&A Design built a unique livable landscaping environment with oriental aesthetics.
