The original intention of Beijing Poly East Bay Affordable House and the landscape design concept under low-cost thinking are as below: Do not require expensive materials or luxurious scenes. Just to find the down-to-earth authenticity, comfort and convenience in Beijing.
Learning from the past experience and based on the people’s needs, we reduced the design interventions, to keep costs to a minimum and at the same time to maximize the overall benefits of the landscape, emphasizing on the comfort of life.
The project is located at the East Dam Plot in Chaoyang District, Beijing. In order to reduce the design costs, the landscape construction fee was controlled under 300 RMB per square meter.
The convenient location of Beijing's East Fifth Ring Road, the carefully arranged landscape and the affordable price are all available in this residence. It is really an ideal livable home for people to enjoy their ordinary daily life here.
