7月7日，2026 WLA 世界景观建筑大奖入围名单重磅揭晓。奥雅股份（股票代码：300949）作品武汉·万华麓客岛勇者之丘与合肥合柴1972文创园跻身决赛圈，分别入围“建成-商品住宅景观设计”及“建成-大型公共空间设计”类别。

The 2026 WLA Professional Awards received over 275 entries across 16 categories from landscape architecture firms worldwide. Many of these projects develop landscapes and spaces that tackle challenges faced by communities, cities, and the natural environment.

  Brave Hill Land

作为武汉长江边国际社区的配套儿童活动空间，项目选址于武汉长江江岸的住宅开发用地内，占地面积约10,000平方米。秉承“在自然中成长”的理念，以生态主义为设计核心，旨在通过生态优先的、在地化的自然场景营造，探索未来社区人与自然和谐共处的生活范式，为家庭提供兼具生态教育、亲子互动与社区交往功能的可持续公共空间。

Brave Hill Land serves an international community along Wuhan’s Yangtze River on a 10,000 m² residential site. Guided by the principle of “growing up in nature”, the project applies ecologism to create site-specific, nature-based landscapes that explore human–nature coexistence, offering families a sustainable public space for ecological learning, play, and community interaction.

勇者之丘项目充分展现了高品质公共空间在城市化进程中所能承载的深远社会价值。它不止于一处传统游乐场，更是一座“活的”自然教育博物馆和社区凝聚力引擎。

Brave Hill Land demonstrates the social value of high-quality public space in urbanizing contexts. Beyond a conventional playground, it functions as a living natural education museum and a community cohesion engine.

合肥合柴1972文创园以“城市发动机”为设计理念，通过“工业遗产+文化创意”的路径；设置了活力轴、历史轴、生活轴三大轴线，将其转化为艺术聚落、文艺庭院与未来社区融合的复合型公共文化空间。

Through the “Urban Engine” concept and “Industrial Heritage + Cultural Creativity” approach, Hechai 1972 establishes three core axes–Vitality, History, Life, turning the former Hefei Diesel Engine Factory into a multi-dimensional public realm—integrating art, community, and commerce.

合柴1972证明景观设计能够引领复杂的城市系统更新，修复社会关系。它从一个城市“负资产”，通过景观主导的综合干预，转变为促进共栖的“社会治愈工具包”，为全球工业遗存更新提供了一条可复制的、充满人文温度的实践路径。

As a model for intensive land reuse in China’s rapid urbanization context, Hechai 1972 demonstrates that landscape design can drive complex urban regeneration, breathe new life into industrial relics, and foster inclusive social connections.
