奥雅股份成立芊熹洛杉矶子公司
开启全球化布局

近日，芊熹洛杉矶责任有限公司Millennium Los Angeles Co. Ltd.，简称：芊熹洛杉矶Millennium LA，正式完成在美国的注册。芊熹洛杉矶是奥雅股份在海外投资运营的第一家全资子公司，这标志着奥雅股份在全球化布局中迈出第一步。

奥雅股份在设立上述美国子公司后，由上述子公司在境外开展创意设计，文旅度假目的地策划运营，元宇宙数字科技相关（软件）开发和应用、多媒体电影相关、艺术制作、研发活动等相关业务，开展康养、文旅产业、数字科技人才、设计人才职业教育培训，人才引进等业务推向全球市场，持续为客户和社会创造价值，让空间赋予生命。

奥雅股份是“以创意设计为引领、以运营管理为先导、以数字科技为支撑的空间运营服务商”，是“新文旅时代的品牌运营商”。

2022年奥雅股份与美国星计划电影娱乐集团（Stars Collective Films Entertainment Group）达成全面战略合作伙伴关系，双方将就奥雅在亚洲成熟专业的设计与运营体系，将星计划旗下签约的数百位优秀导演、艺术家、IP集群，共同在实景、游戏、IP商品以及元宇宙中精彩纷呈、温暖人心地呈现与广大电影与艺术爱好者，当中就包含了时隔多年将重返大银幕的全球最知名的猫——加菲猫全新电影在大中华区未来25年的全品类衍生版权的长期共赢开发

Millennium Los Angeles Co. Ltd. (Millennium LA for short) is an international subsidiary to L&A Group with specialties in real-estate, digital art & tech, film & television IP development, and investment.

The parent company, L&A Group, is China’s leading integrated service provider in the cultural & creative and tourism industry, and China’s first public listed company in the landscape architecture industry (Stock code: 300949). Founded as a landscape architecture studio in Hong Kong in 1999, L&A was soon to accumulate fame and success with thoughtful designs and excellent vision, and grew into a place-making (design and build) and place-operating (finance and operate) group in the past 23 years. Our mission is to create and transform spaces that bring memorable experiences to people.

Our co-founders Mr. Bo Li and Ms. Clara Li come from elite education backgrounds and international professional trainings. Mr. Bo Li graduated from Tsinghua university with a bachelor degree in architecture and from UBC with a masters in landscape architecture, then worked in renowned international firms before he started his own practice in Hong Kong. Ms. Clara Li is a distinguished entrepreneur, a Chartered Accountant in Canada, and an honorable alumna of Peking University. She is the founder of many sub-brands of L&A including La V-onderland, Floral Fairyland, etc., and is recognized among the Top 100 Influential Person in China’s Cultural Industry. Ms. Li has been the CEO of L&A Group since 2002.

L&A Design prides itself on our team of 1,700 professionals from all over the country, whom all possesses multidisciplinary expertise and diverse cultural backgrounds. We have 29 offices all over the country, offering comprehensive and on-site services to our clients. Over the past 23 years, the company has accomplished 4,000 projects, with many of them winning international and domestic awards. We believe in diversity, innovation, collaboration, and service.

Throughout the years L&A group co-evolves with its clients, continuing to push the limit and expand its boundaries. Notably, the company recently launched an immersive metaverse multimedia experience—The Silos. By bringing digital art and technology into an industrial heritage site, we transformed the factory silos into a digital art museum.

Main area of focus for Millennium Los Angeles Co. Ltd. includes:

1) Invest, develop, operate and manage projects in the area of cultural tourism, real estate development and property management.

2) Extend overseas, curate, invest in and operate projects in the digital technology and art business.

3) Design services in landscape, architecture, interior, digital art, decoration, etc.
