Oriental Mansion was the first luxury residential project built by Yango Group in Beijing. It brought a great challenge for designers to create a far-reaching modern landscape space with the unique local cultural spirit.

Mr. Bo Li, the Chairman and Chief Designer of L&A Design Group, advocated that spiritual enjoyment is the top luxury; beautiful gardens are the sustenance of people's interests and emotions, and are the materialized embodiment of their spiritual temperament. Xu Wei was the famous writer and artist in the Ming Dynasty. In this project, designers took his former residence “Ivy Study” as a template for the Yango Oriental Mansion Demonstration Area. With neo-Chinese landscape design techniques , L&A Design created a modern and exquisite landscape scroll, well integrating traditional Chinese spirit with natural landscape concept.
