运河岸上的院子是奥雅探索适合当代人居住的别墅产品与“新中式”景观的完美结合，确立了“静街、深巷、馨院、花溪、山水园”的新中式景观体系，成为奥雅新中式庭院设计的一个里程碑。通过对传统里弄和胡同空间的研究，以现代手法重新组织梳理街巷空间，吸纳东方建筑精髓，强调庭院的感觉。

This project is a perfect combination of adaptable villas for contemporary Chinese people and the "Neo Chinese" landscape. A "Neo Chinese" landscape system of tranquil streets, long alleys, cozy courtyards, flowering creeks and garden with mountains and water is established and becomes a "Neo Chinese" design milestone of L&A Design. Through the study of traditional alley and Hutong design, the designers re-integrated the spatial relationship of streets and alleys into the living environment with modern design techniques. The essence of traditional garden and architecture is well extracted and contributes to courtyard spaces with poetic atmosphere and pragmatic functions in this contemporary residential area.
