At the end of 2018, La V-onderland - Beijing Team and L&A Design Group – Beijing Furnishing Design Team were commissioned by China Overseas Building (COB) to design a community experience center for Wangjing Mansion, a humanizing low-density residence in COB's 3.0 Era well equipped with both a kindergarten and an elder care center for residents. The project was required as a community experience center in the early stage, and later to be series multi-functional amusement spaces to enhance parent-child interaction in this community.

"Meteorite" was the key design element in this project to be integrated into each amusement space, as the stars and planets in Space are actually composed of meteorites. Then, a "Meteorite Village" was built to bring children a mysterious discovery journey into the Outer Space.

Contextual design skills are employed to build a themed park with the complete scenery of a science fiction story about the Earth tour of an alien called "Hao-Hai-You" (means: happy, smart and childlike) from another planet. Different from ordinary landscape design projects, it is a multi-disciplinary project with various design elements and skills, such as landscape, interior, furnishings, equipment and facility customization, sculptures and IP, to build this theme-park-style wonderland filled with the charm of science fiction.
