The Mansion is built by the river in the south region of Chidian Town, Jinjiang. The design of this project is based on the building philosophy of traditional gardens in southern Fujian – the gardens need to be built "near mountains, near water and near the moon", which is also referred to as the "three near" theory. In order to create a modern, livable and representative landscape of southern Fujian, designers well integrated the "three near" theory into this project. Through modern design techniques, L&A Design create a livable environment with beautiful and functional residential landscape and local garden building characteristics for residents to enjoy comfortable daily life.
