Guangzhou China Overseas River Palace is located on Daganwei Road in Haizhu District, Guangzhou. It's a residential project along Pearl River that enjoys an advantaged view of waterfront landscape. The design innovatively breaks through the conventional enclosed space design concept for sales office. By opening the space, the design well delivers a "riverside theater" concept into the demonstration area. With the setting of different theaters including the children's theater, light and shadow theater, sky theater and skyline theater, the citizens could enjoy the romantic Pearl River scenery in an especially pleasant way. Accordingly, the city's memory of the beautiful Pearl River is recalled and reinterpreted by a modern approach, allowing people to regain the cozy riverside life that was once forgotten.
