The project site is located not only at the confluence of the Wei River, Ba River and Jing River, where is soaked in Wei River Culture, but also in Qinhan New City, across the Wei River in the south and facing Xi'an. Two ancient capitals meet and merge with each other at the site. It is a charming land filled with special local cultural appeal of the central Shaanxi Plain in Qinhan New City and poetic living ambience among the mountains and rivers. The design of this project was inspired by the light elements, creating an artistic conception of time travelling - just like opening a moonlight treasure box that emits wonderfully bright rainbow light.
