Bajada Mansion is WANHUA's first project that serves both as a residential and vacation property. It is situated in Jiangdong New Area, Haikou. The landscape design was aimed at creating a relaxing living environment.
The main design concept of "a floating oasis bringing water into the Mansion" was incorporated into the unique waterscape planning. The designed water system and the existing architectural layout were integrated to create an organic and livable ecological community. Distinctive regional elements were well applied to the design to provide various spatial experiences and a pleasant natural ambiance of a tropical garden for the Mansion's residents.
