Nanjing Zendai Mandarin Palace
Developer: Nanjing Kanghou Real Estate Co., Ltd.
Design Time: 2015
Landscaping Area: About 600㎡
Backed by the mountains and fronting the sea, Zendai Mandarin Palace is located in the branch range of Jiangjun Mountain in Nanjing, only 17 kilometers away from the New Street Corner in the city center and a 20-minute drive from Nanjing South Railway Station. It is a rare high-end residential community in Nanjing, whose overall style traces the essence of oriental gardens, reproducing the core of Chinese spirit with contemporary design techniques.
The design team drew inspiration from the Nanjing Painting School and the Bingli Hall in Jichang Garden, making the model courtyard integrate both advantages of garden design in the north and south of China to show its nobility in elegance. The design emphasized on creating a coherent landscape rhythm with rich visual experience changed along with each moving step—showing a profound and lasting artistic conception.
The biggest highlight of the project is the atrium. The landscape there is no need to be numerous and large. It is the ingenuity of stone, tree, flower and grass that matters. Residents can enjoy the scenery described in the ancient poem in Nanjing City - "Leaning on the bed and looking out of the window, you can see mountains blooming like flowers. Who's your accompany? Just the bright moon and cool breeze."
