Project Overview
The project is located in the Luyang District—the core urban area of Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province.
The south of Vanke Zhouwan Plot B is adjacent to Hefei's mother river—Nanfei River.
The north side of the site is next to the local Vanke's office and commercial area, where will built a subway station in the future.
It aims to create a distinctive high-end residential landscape with low-density.
Project property includes city park, modern commercial area, sales office experiential area, residential garden and Chinese courtyard.
Design Concept in Residential Area of this Project
With the consideration of the above issues and the analysis of the project's regional planning, architectural style and site conditions, we finally understand the project's to be that "Mountain forest is just a temporal retreat. The highest form of retreat is finding serenity amidst chaos".
The leisurely and unrestrained life does not have to be experienced in wilderness. A higher-level secluded life is to purify one's heart in the bustling city.
The project well integrates the essence of traditional Chinese landscape design and modern techniques to interpret the new Chinese style, and to explain the modern Zen and humanistic care for natural environment in the city.
