Fantasia Nan'ao Longqi Bay No.1 Resort, Shenzhen
Project Client: Fantasia Holdings Group, Shenzhen
Design Time: 2014
Project scale: 660,000㎡
Photographer: Zhang Qianxi
The project is located at Longqi Bay, Dapeng Peninsula, Shenzhen. It has the geographical advantage of being in the Hong Kong Rim Resort Circle with fascinated sea view. The key to this project is to build a coastal landscape landmark and the important link channeling all seafront landscape nodes, so as to well manage the relationship between the park, the residential area, and the whole bay.
With sea view as the major landscape resource and vacationing as the theme, the scheme aims to create a high-end resort landscape in modern style. The site is planned as a venue for all-around holiday experiences and abundant public cultural activities, as it contains not only private villas in different styles, but also an experience center and an eco-park green belt stretching hundred meters long. Based on the seafront context, the design tries to represent the broad and poetic sea image with clean and smooth curves in modern minimalist style. Connection and interaction between the indoor and outdoor spaces are the highlights of this project. It allows users to feel and touch the nature freely and to fully enjoy the ubiquitous seaside scenery.
