The project is located in the core area of Xunyang District, Jiujiang. Adjacent to Baishuihu Park and the Yangtze River, the site is endowed with abundant natural landscape resources. Also, the residents here have access to rich infrastructure resources, including convenient public transportation, advanced medical treatment and education conditions. Designers get inspiration from the ancient Tang Dynasty poem Song of the Pipa (or Ballad of the Lute) composed by the Chinese poet Bai Juyi, creating an elegantly interesting narrative spatial sequence in the special traditional Chinese “three halls with two enclosed courtyards” within gradually and emotionally changing space ambience. This project brings people into a fascinating poetic residential garden of Tang Dynasty.
