The land next to the beautiful Swan Lake in Hefei Zhengwu District is a bustling and highly prized real estate zone with abundant natural resources. MOMΛ Hefei Swan Lake is located in this prosperous area and designed as the continuation and sublimation of "MOMΛ" series.
Based on the understanding of traditional Hui-style courtyards, designers fully extracted the essence of local cultural context and integrated it into the spatial sequence. With the combination and interaction of different layered courtyards, L&A Design created a circuitous roaming route to make the landscape environment more attractive and interesting.
A leisure and tranquil roaming space was finally built by the well integration of traditional cultural essence and natural landscaping. It is also an ideal visiting route for visitors where scenery will change along with each moving step. Moreover, it plays a vivid interaction between people, space and its surroundings, creating a graceful natural tranquility for residents here.
