Fantasy Park Demonstration Area in Zhuhai

The project site was a little park built in the 1990s just off a busy street. Part of the site had been taken by a driving school and changed into a practice court, and some other made use by nearby residents to grow vegetables. After years of neglecting in management, with effect of wet weather, the rest of the park had grown into a jungle, hiding inside almost every piece of the facilities.
The client required to rebuild the site into an urban residence demonstration area, also expected to become the future urban exhibition centre in the west of Zhuhai. Actually, the existed site had a great landscaping potential. Trees there are flourishing, and there was a lake (20km2) on one side of the site, providing the design team great encouragement.
