The design of this project was targeted for artistic residential landscape filled with gorgeousness and cultural ambience. Its romantic and elegant living environment is a nice integration of European style and traditional Chinese style. One of the main characteristics in this residential community is the distinct landscape of its alleys, showing seasonal uniqueness of each alley by plant landscaping. There are winter jasmine alley, cherry blossom alley and magnolia alley representing warmness and blossom in spring; crape myrtle alley and acacia alley representing exuberance in summer; sweet olive alley, grapefruit alley representing harvest in autumn; and ever-green camphor tree alley representing the hope in winter. This project creates a flowery and evergreen livable landscape for the residents here.
