The project is located by Feiyun River in Rui'an, Wenzhou. The site is a key node of the Rui'an New Bund, a pioneering area of local national future urban planning. Based on the exploration of the site's contextual spirits, the design is divided into three parts. Each of them is themed as "Crossing", "Time" and "Lohas" respectively. This project pays much attention to the detail design and the manipulation of light and shadow. In addition, it not only satisfies functional requirements of the site, but also injects vitality into the whole area. As the scheme drives the development of its surrounding, it is hoped that this once silent abandoned riverside area can be successfully rejuvenated.
