On the basis of the simple and modern design method as well as the Neo-Asian hotel style, the project provides residents with the most luxurious and the most comfortable environment that makes sure of the unity of landscape and architecture. The continuous zigzag natural water feature, the undulating natural mounds and the rich tropical planting design as well as landscape features in varied forms, all of them reveal the precise utilization of the style and the perfect design philosophy.
The main road is composed of simple straight lines, and the zigzag natural water body is added to form an outline of a vivid painting. The site is focused on gray and white color, and the medium color is blue coming from water and green from vegetation as well as wood of structures. The landscape features' yellow and black color are embedded to make sure of a unified color palette with changes.
