SUNNYLIDO is located in Chengdu, Sichuan, bounded on the south by the waterfront commercial street for leisure, on the north by Wanchunchang Town, on the east by 700 meters wide Jiang'an River, and on the west by the 73.8 ha Exotic Pavilion at the 6th China Flower Expo. The plot is situated in the 1,200 ha production area of flowers and garden plants, and together with the 200 ha ecological tourism area, the 73.8 ha Exotic Pavilion at the 6th China Flower Expo as well as the waterfront economic belt along Jiang'an River, form Tianfu Flower Town.
The design is based on the project characteristics and uses elements of Mediterranean style. A luxury, elegant and romantic villa community, with European Renaissance style in the 17th and 18th centuries, is created. The proposal is divided into four parts – waterfront part, townhouse part, detached villa part and semi-detached villa part. The design approach to permeate and contradict internally is adopted to create a layered landscape space, rational and ecological.
