Defined as the modern exquisite courtyard in the subtropical Lingnan area in China, this project was aimed at showing full respect to the nature and the existed site environment to create a livable residential landscape for residents here. Designers made full use of the most natural elements to ensure the unity of garden landscape. Advantages of the existed site are maintained and developed, laying emphasis on creating a human-oriented residence embraced by idyllic, comfortable and relaxed ambience.
Utilizing the advantages of existing height difference on the site and natural landscape of mountains, an aura of freshness and vibrancy emanates from the site, to amply demonstrate characters of every natural element. The project site was divided into porch, atrium and backyard in accordance with its architectural features, making it an exquisite and multi-functional public living space within a sense of coziness.
