Project Overview

The design of this project started from "family", the basic cultural element of Chinese people's life, and adhered to the concept of humanism, citizenship and equality. L&A Design was committed to integrating the atmosphere of modern community, the network of dynamic town, and the living style of Oriental manor, to build a cultural livable town in the style of New Oriental with a new community and better living environment for people.

We adopted poetic landscape design techniques to reproduce the style of “Peach Blossom Land” for residential communities in the manor.  Inspired by the Chinese aesthetic taste, a special spiritual core was created in the modern community park. It is a new "cultural landscape" design well integrating the characteristics of natural landscape into the unique central community park with neo-Chinese design techniques in the heart of the villa district. This is not only a modern community park, but also a real life demonstration area for the owners to enjoy for a long time.
