The design is based on developing a high-end and high quality community for living, and aims to restore and cultivate the good ecological environment as well as the meaning represented by the project name "Waterfront". In this ecological community environment, the fashion and art are woven into the daily life of the residents. The humanitarian atmosphere and the sense of place as well as the inner spirit are revealed. It is an ideal residential environment with good taste, natural and elegant. The result of the design is obvious, and highly acclaimed by the client – CITIC Real Estate. Due to good performance in the project, L&A Design was awarded 2012 CITIC Real Estate Excellent Cooperative Partner.
Combining nature with modernity is the design approach. All of the multiple road curves, the function plazas and the gardens with broad views, interpret the spirit of the landscaping environment as well as the sense of place. Details of the main entrance are in abundant hard elements so that a modern luxurious atmosphere of fashion is created by simple geometric volumes, straight line and curve line, overlapping organically. Waterscape design with focus on natural ecological approach is a high quality waterfront landscape, varied but modern. The horizontal curve axis is dynamic with rhythm, and the landscape space is divided into diversified layered space, elegant and orderly. It is a beautiful landscaping space with rhythm and aesthetics.
