The design focus of this project is to extend the natural landscape pattern of Songshan Lake and to endow the residential community with a park-based living style. Therefore, this project breaks away from the design approach of traditional sales office to introduce a concept of creating green park living experience with a pleasant atmosphere and convenient public facilities. This concept is achieved in multiple dimensions, ranging from civic spirits building, construction workmanship quality ensuring, to the design of high-quality living scenarios for diverse living activities.
