The area where the project is located is renowned for its rich traditional and cultural heritages with great natural conditions. Bearing this in mind, the design team aims to present an urban residence with full historical touch. The design follows the tradition of arranging a front court yard for business and a back yard for leisure, within a cozy ambience of Zen style. Spaces are linearly arranged in great delicacy, achieving an independence in utilization and smooth in combination, creating a true residence of Zen.
