Residence Nine in Beijing

The project is close to Beijing World Park in Fengtai District, including three types of residence: townhouses, high-rise apartments and tower buildings. Residence Nine seeks to build high-end luxury homes in the southwest of Beijing.
Inspired by the grand Elizabethan houses dating back to the 16th century, the design depicts royal nobility and prosperity into every detail in the exterior ornament. Axis and paths in the landscape form strict geometric patterns. Well integrated with fountains, sculptures and other artefacts, the project creates a full richness in spatial rhythm. A noble touch is presented in every aspect from the outer to inner.
