Luoniushan Joyous Mansion is located in the only urban bay area in Haikou – Haikou Bay Area. It has advantaged geographical conditions with the exclusive view of the enchanting coast and the adjacency to the thousand-mu (about 666.67 ha.) urban green lung "Ever Green Park". In the design of this project, the second phase of Joyous Mansion, a clean, refreshing and livable residential environment is created following the principles of resort garden making. The simple and cozy landscaping space allows inhabitants to relax and refresh themselves in a comfortable natural way, also to explore the true essence of beautiful life.
