The project is located by west of Chaobai River, Shunyi District, Beijing. Surrounded by lush trees and beautiful river scenery, the site is blessed with abundant natural resources. While exploring how to integrate the elements of Grand Canal culture into the design, designers also focus on the potential customers’ internal needs for the atmosphere of home in the community. L&A Design create a livable riverside villa community for residents to enjoy the beauty of nature and comfortable daily life.
