The project is located nearby World Park, Fengtai, Beijing. The buildings are composed of townhouse, high-rise buildings and towers. The orientation is to be "a high-end luxurious and boutique community in southwest of Beijing".
The landscape design is focus on a sense of ritual and belongings. Through the symmetrical and serial form of gate, wall, landscaping feature, plants, One Axis Three Gardens are developed that include forecourt(the sunken garden), middle scenery(the mountain and water garden) and backyard(the natural park). The design studies the classic French garden, extracts its elements, and combines with modern production and garden craft to fully present a romantic lifestyle in a simple and elegant French royal garden.
