The project site is located in the new urban centre in Binjiang District of Hangzhou, adjacent to Jiangling Road in the east, Jianghan Road in the south, Jianghui Road in the west and Binhe Road in the north.
The design of this project was inspired by the rational German Romanticism. It corresponds to a touch of rational romanticism in many aspects, including its space planning, architectural design form, one-of-a-kind business and management, and project positioning. This project is a good answer to the quality pursuit of life with a highlight on personality. On the basis of rationality presented in space division, it adds up an indulgent touch of romance in the atmosphere. It values convenience, and in the meantime calls for clear layering space design with a minimization of interference. Also, the design praises a both down-to-earth and stylish material life, and digs in a spiritual pursuit of elegance and originality.
