The Daning Jinmao Palace is located in Jing'an District, Shanghai—a bustling CBD where an inch of land values an inch of gold, so it’s not easy to create a tranquil and leisurely community environment there.
The design team started this project from garden construction methods, and inherited the Shanghai-style life spirit. Also, the design well integrated the humanistic spirit of Oriental garden with the noble quality of Western garden, to create a brand new garden with decent elegance and modern luxury. As a result, the residents could enjoy a kind of livable, exquisite, generous and natural home ambience.
