Luoniushan Joyous Mansion is located in the only urban bay area in Haikou – Haikou Bay Area. It has advantaged geographical conditions with the exclusive view of the enchanting coast and the adjacency to the thousand-mu (about 666.67 ha.) urban green lung "Ever Green Park". For this project, the first phase of Joyous Mansion, the design team tries to bridge the gap between the busy city and the cozy life by introducing a lush green space with elaborate details. With the integration of nature and humanity, a tranquil and exquisite garden is successfully created.
