Amoy Bay is a large scale cultural and tourist complex project. With undulating terrain, the site is endowed with abundant resources and has a long cultural history. It is an integration of multiple unique elements such as ocean, beach, volcano and ethnic culture. Sugar Bay Hot Spring Area inherits the legend of mountain and sea as well as elves' hunting for treasure as the storyline to define three theme zones – fishing village, phoenix rainforest and mysterious volcano – for visitors' appreciation and recreation. The hot spring culture and "She" ethnic tribe culture blend here together.
