Shanghai Longfor Good Hope Mountain is one of the projects by L&A Design Group and Longfor Group in 2010. The project is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai. It is divided into two areas – the high-rise area and the garden area. Themed with naturalism, the landscape design emphasizes the beauty of meandering streams, layered plants and the shoreline of a lush. The result is a wild park with an atmosphere of joy in groves.
The initial phase of its completion is the demonstration area. It combines with unique enclosure architecture, focuses on planting design, and aims at creating a natural sunshine garden embraced by water body. Through the main entrance is an open vast lawn enclosed by luxuriant vegetation that effectively shapes an independent space of honor. The meandering streams lead the sight of passersby into the tranquil paths. It fully uses the limited space and maximizes the defilade property of plants to a great extent. Both the openness and concealing create multi-layered landscape and rhythmic visual impact.
