With "Third Nature" as design approach, the Academy of Streaming Cloud is designed to create a dialogue with humans and culture. Through exploring deeply local religious culture, the ancient Shu culture and the ancient town culture in western Sichuan, a marvelous space is presented and inherits local Chinese culture that has a long history. It reveals a lot of typical elements about local features in the design. Based on the First Nature and Second Nature, an oriental Zen garden is created, tranquil and just perfect.
