The project is situated in one wing of Hangzhou Qiangjiang New Town's "One Heart Two Wings". The mature and complete plan is integrated with multiple functions including residence, office, culture, leisure, etc. Its design inherits the idea of architecture and planning, has more reasonable partition in landscape space, and emphasizes the beauty visually and the experience of elegance. It aims at adopting disparate and meticulous landscape design to create a boutique garden and a classic landmark of buildings like a five-star hotel.
This modern design is simple and generous that uses simple elements and unique forms to fully narrate the orientation of high-end design with high quality and great comfort. The details are done meticulously via using the materials' color and texture which obviously express the high quality of the community. The curvilinear paths connect different space and provide people with a romantic and modern life. Through using land forms to express open and close, it combines with a palette of multiple plants to create an aesthetic experience like nature but more than nature.
The Oriental Mansion is honorable, romantic and delicate. The landscape design adopts the idea of "Three Changes" and "Three Vestibules" as well as forecourt and backyard. "Three Changes" are turning it into a park, a manor and a garden that provide a large scale communal activity space. People could enjoy the experience of strolling in a garden with water feature of strong visual impact. The space either in front of or at the back of each building is infused into a sense of elegance and a little mystery evoking an atmosphere of romance, tranquility and comfort. "Three Vestibules" are three kinds of baptism – main entrance, unit entrance and hallway. The main entrance is a large luxurious arch which matches well with tall buildings of curve façade. The boutique features and simple details help create a unique arrival space evoking a strong sense of belongings.
