The project is located at the west of Yinshan Lake, Wuzhong Development Area, Suzhou, Jiangsu, with Suzhou Historical City Center to the north, Suzhou Industrial Park to the east, Suzhou National New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone(Suzhou New District, abbr. SND) and Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone to the west, and Hanghzou to the south.
The project orientation is a high-end residence with architectural categories of high-rise building, townhouse and villa. The overall community in British Georgia style reveals the character of elegance and simplicity due to its symmetrical image. On the basis of the architectural character, the landscape style is defined to be British garden - the natural landscape. The goal is to create a generous, natural, comfortable and elegant community with honor and culture. It is a waterfront British manor offering a warm and romantic life with delight.
Through different definitions in landscape design - the generous and elegant outer space as well as the delicate and private inner space, the disparate characters and the luxury tone are created. The large size water feature at the entrance and the big club building bring a feeling of standing in front of a British palace park. The club park, waterfront park, boulevard, natural park and residential park are skillfully connected to form an organic unity. The entrance plaza of elegance, the natural waterfront park of leisure, the elegant residential park of privacy, the symmetrical park in the backyard, the vast sunshine lawn with broad view, all of them are integrated with fine landscape nodes and a cluster of public space. The passersby would tell the change of atmosphere from generous and elegant to natural and warm while strolling in it.
